To Become A Consignor……..you must submit photos of all items you wish to consign to:
Once items are approved you will be asked to schedule an appointment with our consignment manager to fill out paperwork and enter your items into our inventory. After your initial appointment, all items will still need to be approved, however, items may be dropped off and logged in anytime during store hours on Monday through Friday. Our consignment manager will work with you to determine pricing based on your input, our experience, quality, age, and most of all, condition.
Our consignment rates are 70/30 with 70% going to the consignor. Consignors will be charged an additional 4% on all credit card transactions. The consignment period is for 90 days.

What items are prohibited from being sold at Resurrect?
We do not allow the following items under any circumstances: Hazardous or combustible material, pornography, alcoholic beverages, firearms, large appliances, power tools, or electronics. Food items for sale must be approved by management before entering the store. This includes perishable and non-perishable items. Resurrect’s management reserves the right to disallow any items from being sold by vendors.
Does Resurrect have special events?
Yes! Events at Resurrect are a blast! All events will be listed under the “EVENTS” section on our website and promoted on our social media forums.

Our store features a wide variety of items that are professionally displayed, contemporary lighting, climate control and security. Customer service is warm and personal, hospitable and helpful, but not pushy. The consignment period is 90 days. All sales can be returned with original tag and receipt within 7 days and for store credit only. All sales of merchandise must go through Resurrect. Unsold items remaining at the end of the 90 days may be picked up within 30 business days of the termination of the item. After those 30 days, unclaimed items will be seized as Resurrect Antique’s property.

consignor will be charged 4% on all credit card transactions. Items can be dropped off Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10am-5pm EST. If you need assistance unloading, please call ahead. Items accepted will be priced with our tag system and may only be changed through consignment manager. All merchandise must be in good condition, free of dirt, dust, cobwebs, mold, moisture, insects and odor. All furniture must be in working order, with drawers that open smoothly, all hardware, and NO PRESSBOARD furniture will be accepted. Management has the right to refuse any item for entry into the store.
We have video surveillance. We are not responsible for theft, loss, breakage, or damage of items. We will make every effort to protect your merchandise. If you choose to insure your items within Resurrect contact your local insurance agency.
Other Pertinent Information:
Resurrect will not be responsible for any property losses resulting from theft, breakage, fire, water damage, or any other type of loss suffered by consignor.
Management will collect Alabama sales tax on merchandise sold from consignor’s item. Sales tax is paid monthly to the state by management.
Consignor checks will be ready on the 5th of each month and should be picked up no later than the 10th of each month.
